Validate contactdfetails before accepting the booking

To prefend ride canelations by clients you can request mandatory validation of the costumer contact details. The ride won't be accepted before the contact details are validated.

You can choose to validate the details by Email or SMS. Remark: The sms option has extra costs.

To activate this option you go to My Products / productsettings / website forms / "Validate costumer details"
