Send confirmation email to department email address

We offer the feature that a user can add an email in their Dashboard profile to which a ride confirmation of a booked ride is always sent.

This email address can be entered in the next section and can be adjusted. You can also add multiple email addresses by entering them 'comma separated', for example customer1 @ taxiiD, customer2 @, customer3 @

The email addresses can be managed via:

Go to the top right of the user profile and click on it, then choose departments.

Once in the department profile, click on the created department (here debtor 1)

Under 'Email' enter the desired email address or email addresses (comma separated) and save.

For each booked ride, a ride confirmation of that ride is now sent to the specified email address. It is possible that travel agencies want to create a separate email address for this.
