In taxiID we have the possibility to send an email to your passenger when you finish the ride. This email contains a ride proof and a request to rate the ride.
This is a great contact moment and it is also possible to send an invoice to your passengers afterwards.
This email will only be sent if an e-mail address of the passenger is known.
In this email a summary of the trip is given with the details of the driver. It is also possible to send billing information with this if an invoice has been created for the relevant journey.
It is also possible to send this email manually and afterwards to a passenger. You can do this via the menu, administration / all trips / open trip / Top right send rounding email.
If no email address of the customer is known, this option is not available.
If you also want to send a passenger invoice, an invoice must be automatically created for the ride. You can activate this function if you have a taxiID business license.
Please note the following setting: You must activate this option yourself via the menu, My products / product settings / Billing module / Option: If journeys have already been paid online, automatically create an invoice and send it with the journey confirmation. set to Yes.
