It is possible to let your customers adjust a ride after it has been booked. The customer can then add the time and a comment to the ride. It is not possible for the customer to change addresses digitally without contacting your exchange.
You can activate this option in the order form settings available via product settings / website order form / customer communication / "Hide the change link in the customer emails"
This is set to yes (so hide) by default and can be set to no to activate.
